What is Reiki?
Reiki is the light, the vibration and the energy of the Universe. It is universal energy of the highest dimension, and carries with it the properties of the waves of love, harmony and healing. Love is the essence of the universe, harmony is its will and healing is its effect.
Reiki is the word used by Mikao Usui to refer to the energy of the universe. It is a Japanese term that can be defined as: "The miraculous and sacred energy of the Universe, which sustains all forms of life."
All people are born with the ability to heal, but we rely too much on medicine to be aware of our own healing ability.
It can be used to balance and harmonize our life, healing our emotions, our mind and consequently our body. Reiki is transmitted especially by the hands, the eyes and the mouth.

The energy of Reiki transcends time and distance; therefore we are always in the possibility of sending this beautiful energy at a distance to any being, place or aspect of our Universe. At any time of the day. This energy sent will be received for its best good by that being, place or aspect to which we have sent it, unless that being does not want to receive it.

* Place: I can send Reiki to my house, my City, my County, my Country, my Continent, Mother Earth, my Solar System, the whole Universe.
* Aspect: I can send Reiki to peace in the world, to love, to tolerance, to forgiveness, etc.
